Transform your dining experience with your private chef Mika Matsui, who designs a tailored Japanese 7 Course Meal menu just for you, prepared at your location & only using seasonal ingredients. Perfect for intimate dinners, anniversaries, and special celebrations, it’s a personalized culinary experience inspired by the refined flavors of Kyoto. Max of 6 guests. Your menu will consist with the following 7 Course Omakase Menu: #1: Sakizuke (small seasonal bite) #2: Sashimi (3-5 kinds) #3: Grilled Saikyo Miso Cod #4: Temari Sushi (8 pieces) #5: Hand Roll (3 kinds) #6: Miso Soup #7: Dessert
Cancellation Policy
These policies apply to all bookings for our curated Japanese dining experiences, including Sushi Omakase, Izakaya Night, and Japanese Sando Brunch. Each experience is intentionally limited in seating and prepared with advance sourcing and artisanal attention to detail. 1. Booking Policy: All experiences require full prepayment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Bookings are considered final once payment is received, as each seating is strictly limited and prepared in advance. *Reservations are non-transferable without prior approval *Guest count must be confirmed at the time of booking *Any dietary restrictions or allergies should be communicated at booking time 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Because each experience involves advance preparation, ingredient sourcing, and reserved seating capacity, we maintain the following cancellation terms: *Cancellations 7 or more days before the experience Eligible for a full refund. *Cancellations within 7 days of the experience All bookings become non-refundable. Rescheduling: We understand plans may change. Guests may request one complimentary reschedule, including within 7 days of the event, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests are honored at our discretion and are dependent on calendar capacity for the selected experience: *Sushi Omakase (limited seating, high-demand) *Izakaya Night (social dining format) *Japanese Sando Brunch (seasonal weekend service) 3. Waitlist Policy: When an experience is fully booked, guests may request to join a waitlist. Waitlist placement does not guarantee availability If a cancellation occurs, guests on the waitlist will be contacted in order of inquiry Confirmed availability must be secured with immediate payment to hold the spot If no confirmation is received within the specified timeframe, the spot may be offered to the next guest on the list Waitlist invitations are valid only for the specific date and experience requested and cannot be transferred. 4. Experience Notes (All Services): To preserve the integrity of each dining experience: Late arrivals may result in abbreviated service We are unable to extend service time for delayed arrivals Final guest details and preferences should be confirmed in advance We reserve the right to adjust menus based on seasonal availability and ingredient quality
